Ask for Help When Going 90 Days Without Alcohol

It seems like it might be a challenge for some people to ask for help when trying to go ninety days without alcohol. After all, some people are reluctant to help and might think that people who are asking for help are not very fun to be around. After all, how tough is it to be around someone who doesn’t want alcohol to begin with?

The fact is that you can ask for help when trying to go this far without alcohol. You need a support system to help you out so you can get through this tough time in your life.

In fact, a good sponsor or support team might be able to give you encouragement and support while also monitoring your behaviors when you are trying to get off of alcohol. Just try and avoid being with people who actually use this alcohol in their daily lives. It’s never a fun thing to do when thinking about how much you want to get out of your life when around people who are actually actively trying to enjoy alcohol. It just takes the mood out of what’s going on in any case.
